When I first saw this necklace, I knew it was perfect for my wife and our 50th Valentines together. Do the math and you can realize that when we first started dating, she was finishing her degree at Indiana University. My order was shipped and received in short order. The quality was just as I had hoped for especially at the price point I paid. I had one problem with one of the two pieces that I purchased - a mechanical problem that could occur with any item. But I received an email survey asking about the product as soon as it was delivered so I took the opportunity to explain the problem. Customer Service jumped right on the issue and sent a replacement almost immediately and the delivery was received even quicker than the original purchase.
